In his early days, Arnie took some ribbing about having poor leg and calf development, compared to his undeniable great upper body size. Instead of shying away or ignoring the fact, like a true champion he hit them with everything he had to bring them up to size and proportion! Fair to say from this pic, and by the end of it all… Arnie had legs n calves!!
Always train your weakest and lagging body parts with as much intensity, ferocity and detail as you would your strongest or favorites! Ultimately you will have a well proportioned body, and what was once a weakness, often becomes a favorite body part to train! :)
A lot of us have seen it, a lot of us may have tried it (I for one didn’t only cos the sight of raw eggs makes me wanna puke), Rocky Balboa slamming down u cup full of raw eggs in hope that the protein would build him some bad ass muscles to beat his opponents!

While eggs are a fantastic source of protein with almost 93% of weight being absorbable by the body, raw egg white is an exception. A substance in raw egg white called ‘avidin’ prevents the body from absorbing the protein in order to make full use of the protein. With eggs you must cook them first to break down the avidin, not to mention killing any nasty bugs that could be lurking!
Sorry to burst any Rocky fans bubbles, but he would have got far better gains had he let Adrianne cook those eggs for him instead! :P
